1/ Price
We have removed all the prices from our website because of the benefit of our customers who are dealers. If you decided to work with us, please require for catalog and quotation.
All prices are understood to be FOB HCM City’s Ports – Vietnam, according to Incoterms 2010.
2/ Payment
Several different payment methods can be used when you deal with us. Four mostly used are T/T, L/C, MU, and GM.
The T/T payment in advance by 100% your order is used in case you are our new customers. In contrast, if you are our old client, the deposit of 30% of your order will be required in advance to confirm your order, and the balance is paid as the goods are on board with B/L to get the shipping documents.
3/ MOQ – Minimum order quantity
FIFTY is the minimum quantity for an item. You will need to consider when your deal is LCL; because if your order is LCL, the additional charge of $20/CBM will be included in the invoice.
4/ Packaging
According to the product feature, we have different methods to pack it. Goods having frames like basket will be put in the carton box. Other goods like rugs, mats will be covered by PP bags.
In addition, you can ask for any special packaging you want.
5/ Transportation
Goods are shipped by sea. We also shipped by air if you require.
6/ Lead time
We always do the best to meet your requirements. In case the products you required are stockout, we would produce and ship within 30 – 60 days. It could change according to your order and your destination.
7/ Quality control
Quality is our primary concern so all our products are produced as careful as possible. Particularly, each item would be sunbathed to ensure it is completely dry, and then cleaned by clothes. Finally, the separate product would be checked by QCs. Once the process has finished, there is no faulty product being released.
8/ Our Market
Our partners and customers are all around the world, ranging from Japan, Finland, US, Korea, ect. They all also satisfy completely with our products and services.
